About the role
Design sheltered, resilient nesting places that feel entirely natural while working beautifully within public wetland landscapes.
What you would do
- Develop nesting concepts from site surveys through installation.
- Produce drawings, planting palettes, and material specifications.
- Work alongside ecologists to test and refine each intervention.
- Visit live sites to review performance across breeding seasons.
What you’ll bring
- Background in landscape, habitat, or environmental design.
- A portfolio showing sensitive, site-specific design thinking.
- Working knowledge of CAD or an equivalent drawing tool.
- Understanding of wetland plants and materials is an advantage.
