About the role
Pond & Co. is looking for a strategic thinker to shape how we attract, engage, and delight our feathered community. You’ll craft breadcrumb campaigns, analyse what works, and help us leave a lasting impression (without harming the habitat).
What you would do
- Own the seasonal breadcrumb strategy across London park ponds.
- Turn flock behaviour and campaign data into practical recommendations.
- Partner with conservation teams to keep every activation habitat-safe.
- Coach two junior strategists and present plans to pond partners.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years in strategy, growth, or customer engagement.
- A sharp mind and a love of data (and ducks).
- Experience with A/B testing and performance metrics.
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative spirit.
- A commitment to ethical, habitat-friendly practices.
