About the role
Keep seasonal arrivals and departures running smoothly across a busy network of ponds beside one of Europe’s largest transport hubs.
What you would do
- Coordinate daily movement plans with habitat and airfield teams.
- Maintain clear schedules, incident logs, and weather updates.
- Spot operational risks early and lead calm, practical responses.
- Improve handovers across volunteers, wardens, and partner sites.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in operations, logistics, or complex scheduling.
- An organised approach and excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence making decisions in fast-changing conditions.
- Wildlife or aviation-sector experience is useful, not essential.
